New allegations of abuse have surfaced against **KILMAR ABRECJO GARCIA**, a reportedly deported MS-13 member, following an audio recording allegedly featuring his wife, **JENNIFER VASQUEZ SURA**, pleading for a protective order. The recording, obtained by USA Today, includes **SURE** detailing multiple instances of abuse by **GARCIA**, recounting being pushed, pulled forcibly by her hair, assaulted, and struck in the shadows of the night. **“HE JUST WOKE UP AND LIKE HIT ME,”** she recounted, expressing her dread and trauma during the protective order petition for her safety.
Continuing her emotional plea before the Chamber, **SURE** captured courtroom attention with her haunting testimony of screaming for emergency assistance in an attempt to flee from **GARCIA**, recalling that “HE GRABBED ME FROM MOSTLY FROM MUCH HAIR AND STRUCK ME MAJORLY RELENTLESSLY.” Despite alarms raised during interaction with neighbors present at the scene, they were confessed to have been bewildered on how to intervene effectively.
SUBSEQUENTLY, **SURE** revealed that she had previously attempted to secure a protective order in December 2019, but was dissuaded by **GARCIA’s** family, citing his father’s illness. **“I HAVE MULTIPLE PHOTOS/VIDEOS OF HOW VIOLENT HE CAN BE AND ALL THE BRUISES HE HAS LEFT ME,”** she wrote in her handwritten statement, emphasizing the severity of the abuse.

Bodycam footage from a Tennessee Highway Patrol traffic stop in 2022 revealed **GARCIA** transporting eight individuals from Texas to Maryland via Missouri, allegedly for construction work.

CHRIS VAN HOLLEN (D-MD)** met with **GARCIA** in El Salvador, drawing criticism from both sides of the political spectrum. **PATTY MORIN**, mother of **RACHEL MORIN**—a Maryland woman murdered by an illegal immigrant—criticized **VAN HOLLEN’s** visit, stating she had no communication with him since her daughter’s tragic death.
